MAST-3 (MTP)

MAST-3 stands for Model Test Program (MTP). This course is intended for professionals who conduct research into the potential employment opportunities of individuals and who, in doing so, develop personal and job profiles using the 28 aspects of the MTP. Before you can participate in this course, you must hold at least the Introduction to Labor Studies certificate or the MAST-1/Ruward-1 certificate.

Course duration

The course duration is 3 days. Theory is covered during the first two days. Furthermore, participants practice drafting personal and functional/task profiles. At the end of this block, they receive a practical assignment. After three weeks, on the third course day, the participants present their practical assignments. These are discussed in a classroom setting. The course can be offered via open enrollment or in-company.
