The Work Development Company is a place where people can work and learn simultaneously. At the Work Development Company, people are given the opportunity to learn new things and gain work experience. In this way, eligible employees are prepared for a regular job.

They serve as a bridge to the labor market for people who fall outside the scope of regular employment. They employ people receiving social assistance benefits who are following a work-learning program, or employees with a disability. They help them and listen to their ideas to work smarter. They guide and support people in their development.

The goal is to give everyone a chance at work that suits them. They do this through personal guidance, training, and building work experience. This can take place directly in practice at Orionis Walcheren or at a company with which they collaborate. To increase the chances of placement in the labor market, it was decided to utilize several components of Ruward PraKtijk. We will be delivering the ordered materials shortly.
