Basic MAST-1 - Ruward-1 Course

To be able to produce reliable MAST-1/Ruward-1 reports, you must take a basic MAST-1 - Ruward-1 course. You will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course. MAST-1-Ruward-1 certification is required to participate in the MAST-2 course. The course is therefore intended for individuals responsible for conducting Test and Training activities and applying the MAST-1 system and/or Ruward-1 system in the process. The course aims to interpret test results effectively and reliably and translate them to work situations.

Attention is also paid to setting up training programs, developing and analyzing work methods, and adapting a work method to the specific capabilities of an employee.
Because MAST-1 is entirely based on MTM-1, the "Introduction to MTM-1" course is taught integrally. Participants should be prepared to complete homework assignments during the course.

Course Duration

The course lasts 7 days, divided into three sessions of two consecutive days. At the end of this block, participants will receive a practical assignment. After approximately five weeks, on the seventh course day, participants will present their practical assignments. These will be discussed in class, and a test will also be administered. If the test and presentation are successfully completed, the participant will receive their certificate; this certificate is valid for two years. To keep the certificate valid, a refresher course must be taken after two years.
